How do I Choose The Right Machine?

First decide what you want to print onto. It is hard to decide on a machine with type holders and attachments
if you don't know what you are going to personalize. Then decide the maximum printing area that you will need.
The maximum printing areas for the  Personalizers are:
Model 150 = 1-½" x 3-½" with the TS-93 and  2-½" x 3-½" with the TH-200 holder
Model 45 = 1-½" x 5" with the TS-95 and 2-½" x 3-½" with the TH-200 and 1-½" x 4-¾" with the TH-45
The Personalizers are for Ribbons, Matchbooks, Napkins, Pencils, Leather, Stationary, Books, Cards, Bibles, Mylar
balloons, plastic and more
The Kwikprint Machines range from 1"x 5-¾" to 2"x 9" check type head sizes on their page.
The Kwikprint Machines are for large Books, Covers, Luggage, Albums, Leather, Ribbon and many 
other items. 
Especially if your piece is thick and needs clearance.
You have a choice of Hand Operated or Air-Operated. Decide if you are printing in high volume or not.

What foil does NOT print onto?

Hot stamping is not for T-shirts, clothing, metal, plastic carrier bags (grocery store), glass, round and oval surfaces.
Look at pad printing. silk screening and engraving for those surfaces and items. Our foil is not aluminum foil. Our type
fonts are not for installing onto your computer.

What is the difference between the Hand & Air-Operated Machines ?

The Hand Machines requires you to manually  bring down the handle to imprint onto the merchandise, as apposed to the
Air-Operated machine
which comes down automatically when you push on the foot pedal. 
You need a 1HP Air Compressor for the Air-Operated Machines.

Do Air-Operated Machines Print Automatically?

The Air-Operated Machines always need someone there to operate them, whether with the foot pedal on the Personalizers
Model 150P and 45P or the hand control unit on the Kwikprint M86A/A.  The Air-Operated function is when the type head
comes down automatically to print the merchandise with selected pressure and dwell. Making  personalizing faster and more
precise.
