Return
Policy
All defective merchandise
must
be returned within 10 days of your receipt accompanied by a Fine Imprints
& Supplies return authorization.
Machines:
There is No
Refund Policy unless they are defective. We will try to fix the
problem first. If we are unable to fix the problem, then we will exchange
the machine for a new one.
Foil: If you feel your foil is defective.
A.
Send us a
sample of the foil along with a sample of what you are imprinting.
B.
The foil
will be tested for defect and you will be notified of our findings.
C.
The reason
for our verification process is because some of our customers
misunderstand the appropriate heat and pressure settings for a
specific material. Our foil defective rate is less than 1%, so we can
usually correct the problem by explaining the correct process rather than
by replacing good foil.
Supplies:
After review and determination by a Fine Imprints customer service
representative: a return authorization will be issued if the product is
defective.
Type:
there are no returns on type. Type will only be replaced within 10 days of
receipt of product if it is determined to be defective.
Damaged Goods:
Our office must be notified within 10 days of your receipt of the
apparently damaged goods, so that a determination can be made as to the
responsibility of the damage, i.e. the shipper or FI&S. We will help you
with the problem, but we must assess shipper responsibility vs. our
responsibility in order to best serve you.
Restocking fee:
All returned orders. With the exception of defective/damaged merchandise.
Will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if it is returned within 10 days
return period. There will be
NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Contact Customer Service-once a determination is made a
copy of the return authorization will be faxed or mailed to you and must
accompany all returned goods. The merchandise must be returned within 10
days of your receipt to receive to receive credit. We will not process
your return without a return authorization.
If FI&S errs in shipping your order, it must be returned
within 10 days of your receipt via UPS consignee billing. (If you do not
have the proper forms for Consignee billing, contact your local UPS rep
for this free service.) Replacement orders will be shipped immediately.
Credit due to customers will be issued upon receipt of
returned merchandise less restocking charges if applicable. No credit will
be issued for opened/used merchandise.
Fine Imprints & Supplies has a NO REFUND POLICY. We will be
happy to credit your account and apply it to future purchases. Credits
will remain in effect for one year.
Machines Return Reasons:
When we come across a machine return which is not often, the main reason
why a customer wants to return their newly purchased machine is because
they are overwhelmed and do not understand how to use the machine. That is
very normal as most customers who purchase a machine have never used a hot
stamping machine before.
Be patient as it takes time and you will soon learn how
to use your machine and attachments. READ THE MANUAL!
Many customers once they take time to sit down and learn how to use their
machine and attachments they get excited at how easy it really is. A
simple phone call to our customer service department usually resolves the
confusion as we are very knowledgeable with every machine.
